By day I'm behind a desk running Hobbs House Bakery but before this I was a chef with a history in some of London's top kitchens and a cooking show 'The Fabulous Baker Brothers' with my brother Tom. I started cooking in this Nailsworth bakery kitchen when I was 16 and I'm excited to be cooking here again. Every feast is unique and curated depending on what is in season and inspiring Jess and I. We host a feast once every 6 weeks in our small bakery in Nailsworth, 6 courses of delicious food by candlelight and an abundance of flowers. I’ve started putting on feasts that bring people together over great food and big ideas. After dinner, there’s a talk, usually with someone interesting from the world of Bitcoin, but always in a way that’s open to anyone. If you're curious and have questions this is an inviting way to meet others who are also interested. Keep an eye out for the specific Bitcoin evenings. These evenings aren’t just for the Bitcoin crowd (though they’re very welcome). They’re for anyone up for a good meal, good company, and something a bit different.
