Zest Protocol is a Bitcoin liquidity protocol for earning yield on BTC and borrowing against Bitcoin ecosystem assets. Its Stacks market lets users deposit BTC, use sBTC and related assets as collateral, and borrow stablecoins, while its planned Bitcoin Collateral Vaults are designed for self-custodial, non-bridged BTC collateral on Bitcoin L1.
