Frostsnap is a Bitcoin self-custody hardware and software platform built around simple multisignature security. Its devices collaboratively generate and use Bitcoin signing keys so no single device must be trusted to provide entropy or hold the full signing authority. Users can distribute devices across trusted people or locations, choose a signing threshold, create backups, and coordinate transactions through the Frostsnap app on Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. The company publishes its software as free and open source.
