Arch Lending makes over-collateralized loans backed by crypto collateral to individuals in 44 U.S. states and territories. There is no credit check, and borrowers can receive the loan as USDC sent to a crypto wallet, by wire transfer or by ACH. Standard loans run for 1 to 12 months, with no early repayment fee and the option to refinance or roll over at the end of the term. All collateral is held in segregated cold storage with Anchorage Digital, a federally qualified crypto custodian bank, and Arch says it never rehypothecates or lends out collateral. Arch monitors each loan's LTV in real time using the CoinMarketCap price feed, and a partial liquidation typically carries a 2% fee where state law allows.
