Premium Swiss Service – Excellent but Pricey I've been a client of Bitcoin Suisse for 18 months, primarily using their custody and staking services. What I liked: The Swiss regulatory framework and banking integration is unmatched. Everything feels legitimate and professionally managed – like working with a private bank but for crypto. Their staking yields are competitive (currently getting around 4-5% on ETH), and they offer services you can't easily find elsewhere like estate planning for crypto assets. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, with dedicated account managers for larger clients. What could be improved: Minimum account sizes and fees are steep – this isn't for casual retail investors. Onboarding took almost 4 weeks due to extensive KYC/AML checks. The platform interface is very functional but not particularly modern or user-friendly. Also, they're Switzerland-based so you need to be comfortable with that jurisdiction.
