Founded in 1994 and the first company to list on Thailand’s MAI in 2001, The Brooker Group is a Bangkok-based financial advisory, real estate consultancy and capital-management firm focused on investment, innovation and Web3 solutions.

The company moved into digital assets in 2020 and created the Brook Digital Asset division; it publicly positions itself as the first listed Thai company to hold Bitcoin (BTC) and other digital tokens while offering crypto/blockchain advisory and education services.
