May 24, 2007) focused on developing and publishing online and mobile games with headquarters and principal operations in Beijing; its shares have been listed on the Hong Kong GEM since 2014. Since 2023 the company has expanded into Web3 and cryptocurrency asset management, obtaining shareholder mandates to acquire cryptocurrencies (with a revised acquisition limit and strategy emphasizing Bitcoin and Ethereum) and operating an LK Crypto division to manage crypto holdings and staking initiatives. As disclosed on September 9, 2025, the Group directly holds 116 units of Bitcoin (212 units including non‑controlling affiliates), 663 units of Ethereum (2,040 units including affiliates) and 7,692 units of Solana (18,205 units including affiliates), and views Bitcoin as a primary reserve asset while pursuing ETH and SOL staking to generate yield.
