FRMO Corp. is a publicly traded Delaware holding company (incorporated 1993, formerly FRM Nexus/PSI Settlement) that functions as an investment and research vehicle affiliated with Horizon Kinetics and related operating interests. In 2024–2025 FRMO announced a strategic pivot into digital assets and crypto mining, reporting roughly $13.7 million of digital assets (primarily Bitcoin), ownership of mining rigs, and plans to expand indirect-mining activities through affiliates such as Wynland/Consensus Mining.
