Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (TMTG) is an American media and technology company founded in 2021 that operates the Truth Social platform and completed a public listing via a merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp. in 2024.

The company was founded by Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss and is majority‑owned by the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust.

TMTG has pursued an explicit bitcoin strategy: in May 2025 it announced plans to raise about $2.5 billion to build a “bitcoin treasury,” with custody arrangements involving providers such as Anchorage Digital and Crypto.com.

By July 2025 the company reported its bitcoin and bitcoin‑related holdings had reached roughly $2 billion and said it would continue acquiring bitcoin and related securities as part of its treasury and options strategy.

TMTG’s executive team is led by CEO, president and chairman Devin Nunes, with Phillip Juhan as CFO; its board has included Donald Trump Jr. and several former Trump‑administration officials and advisors.
