K33 AB (publ) is a research‑led digital‑assets company headquartered in Oslo that provides trading, custody, brokerage and fund services across EMEA and is listed on Nasdaq First North (ticker K33).

The business grew out of Arcane Crypto’s research arm (founded 2018), expanded via the acquisition of Kaupang Krypto (2020), was listed as Arcario in 2021 and relaunched under the unified K33 brand in 2023.

K33 is actively involved in Bitcoin through its research offering and a public Bitcoin treasury program (targeting scale to 1,000 BTC); the company began holding BTC publicly in June 2025 and reported 141 BTC on its balance sheet.

The leadership team is headed by founder & CEO Torbjørn Bull Jenssen — a recognized Bitcoin researcher who authored his master’s thesis on Bitcoin and has advised Norwegian financial authorities — supported by CFO Linus Jönsson, COO Bendik Norheim Schei, and a board chaired by Yngve Aslaksen Gram (with members including Magnus Jones and Kristian Lundkvist).
