Remixpoint, Inc. is a Tokyo-based firm founded with roots in energy, resilience and web technology that has expanded into crypto-asset services and treasury management. Since 2024–2025 the company has been actively building a digital-asset treasury—reporting holdings of more than 1,051 BTC (along with ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE)—and has stated that Bitcoin is central to its financial strategy. In July 2025 Remixpoint became the first publicly listed Japanese company to pay its president/CEO entirely in Bitcoin, a decision framed as aligning executive incentives with shareholders. The company is led by President & Representative Director Takashi Tashiro, who was appointed in mid‑2025 and has publicly committed to making Bitcoin a core corporate asset and to integrating Bitcoin strategy with Remixpoint’s energy business.
