Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (BTCT) is a Canadian, publicly listed company created to bring a Bitcoin-native treasury strategy to public markets; it listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on June 30, 2025 and is focused on growing Bitcoin per share. BTCT accumulates and holds Bitcoin as its primary asset and seeks to deploy that treasury productively through institutional lending, liquidity and collateral solutions while reporting performance in Bitcoin‑per‑share (BPS).
