Founded on 3 December 1982 by a group of Thai telecommunications consultants and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1994, Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) is a Nonthaburi-based holding company investing across telecommunications, IT, media and technology ventures including data centers and streaming services. JAS’s technology arm JTS specifically focuses on digital assets (Bitcoin & crypto) and generative AI, and the group has publicly reported a corporate Bitcoin treasury of roughly 506 BTC on its balance sheet. Leadership is headed by Chairman Veerayooth Bodharamik and CEO Dr. Soraj Asavaprapha, supported by a board that includes independent directors such as Dr. Karl Jamornmarn and Dr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana.
