Osprey Funds is a Tarrytown, New York–based digital asset investment firm that spun off from REX Shares in 2021 to focus on low-cost, investable crypto funds and solutions for financial advisors and investors. The firm is best known as the sponsor of the Osprey Bitcoin Trust (OBTC), a publicly traded Bitcoin vehicle that offers brokerage- and IRA-accessible exposure to BTC with a 0.49% management fee and Coinbase as custodian.
