Exodus Movement, Inc. develops Exodus, an un-hosted, self-custodial software wallet for bitcoin and other digital assets. Swaps and other services inside the wallet are supplied by third-party API providers that are integrated into the app, and Exodus earns revenue from those integrations. In May 2026 the company acquired Monavate Holdings Limited, Monavate Ltd, Baanx.com Ltd and Baanx US Corp, adding card issuance, payment processing and payment infrastructure services, which it now offers under the Monavate brand. Exodus was incorporated in Delaware in July 2016 and redomesticated to Texas in December 2025. Its principal executive offices are in Omaha, Nebraska, and its Class A common stock trades on NYSE American under the ticker EXOD.
