Pando Finance Limited is a Hong Kong virtual asset manager in the Pando Group. It is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (CE number BRR710) for Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities, and it is approved to manage portfolios invested up to 100% in virtual assets. Its products include the Pando Bitcoin ETF (2818.HK), a spot bitcoin ETF authorized by the SFC in July 2025, as well as Ethereum (3085.HK) and Solana (2831.HK) spot ETFs, Blockchain (3112.HK) and Innovation (3056.HK) equity ETFs, and discretionary portfolio management. Pando Asset AG, a sister company in Switzerland, issues crypto exchange-traded products, and Pando Group also includes Pando Trust.
