QR Asset Management is the crypto asset management arm of the Brazilian holding company QR Capital. Founded in 2019, it is based in Rio de Janeiro and authorized by Brazil's securities regulator, the CVM. The firm manages crypto-focused funds, including exchange-traded funds listed on B3, the Brazilian stock exchange. One of these is QBTC11, a bitcoin ETF managed by QR Capital Gestora de Recursos Ltda. and administered by Vórtx. QBTC11 holds 100% bitcoin exposure and tracks the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate. The firm has also launched ETFs for Ethereum (QETH11) and decentralized finance (QDFI11). Investors buy these funds through ordinary brokerage accounts on B3.
